- We are committed to advancing economic equity by implementing Section 3 hiring on all applicable projects, creating job opportunities, supporting workforce development, and fostering long-term community growth in underserved areas.
- How We Support Section 3 Hiring
- Collaborating with local workforce agencies and housing authorities to source qualified candidates
- Posting job opportunities in accessible locations, including community centers and public housing offices
- Tracking hires and maintaining documentation in alignment with HUD guidelines
- Working with subcontractors to ensure their hiring efforts also support Section 3 goals
Davis Bacon monitoring
- We ensure full compliance with the Davis-Bacon and Related Acts (DBRA) by monitoring prevailing wage requirements on all federally funded construction projects.
- Our Davis-Bacon compliance efforts include:
- Verifying contractor and subcontractor adherence to prevailing wage rates and labor classifications
- Collecting and reviewing Certified Payroll Reports (CPRs)
- Conducting interviews with workers to confirm proper wage payments
- Providing training and guidance to contractors on DBRA requirements
- Maintaining transparent records for audit and reporting purposes
